What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf life is 6-9 months after opening and 1 year-18 months if unopened. Store at room temperature.
Always be careful with your products (ours and any other natural brands). You want to avoid excessive heat (such as leaving products for any period of time in a very hot car). Even a product with the most effective preservatives will be adversely affected if left in high temperatures for say an hour or more.
Do you use parabens or any controversial preservatives?
We do not use parabens or any other preservatives that do not have an excellent safety record. Even products that use 100% natural ingredients need to be properly preserved if you want to avoid contamination. Products with no preservatives or those using only essential oils as preservatives would likely go bad after a few weeks. We use phenoxyethanol (INCI: phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin) which is used in many if not most natural skin care lines and is on the “Whole Foods Premium” approved listing for preservatives. So, rest assured that our preservatives are absolutely safe.
You say you do not use essential oils in your products. Are they bad?
While essential oils do possess properties that can be beneficial and provide a natural scent, some people develop adverse reactions such as irritation or an allergic response. Also, some people do not like the scents or find them overpowering. Our preference is to create fragrance free products to eliminate this potential issue.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money back return or exchange. Please contact us within the 30 days to let us know that you would like to return your product. Please do not return any items unless you have contacted us first. We require that the product (s) be at least 50% full. We recommend that you use USPS Priority mail or some other option that gives you tracking information such as UPS, etc. You may also want to insure the returned item as we cannot be responsible if the package gets lost in the mail.
What types of payments do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and pay pal.
We also take Sezzle installment payments. Your payments will be broken up into 4 payments over a 6 week period. Easy to apply and no hard credit check is required. Minimum order eligible for Sezzle is $35.00 in the event that we run a sale.
What if I receive an order and the product (s) is damaged?
Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your package. Please send us a photo of the damaged item (s) and also a clear description of what the problem/damage is. After inspection, we will replace any item that has been damaged.
Do you have free samples?
We offer 1 free sample with each product purchase. So, if you buy one item, you can choose 1 item, if you purchase two items, you can choose 2 free samples. Please indicate which sample you would like in the comments section during the check-out process. We currently only offer free samples of our face cream and scrub/mask.
Are your products cruelty free, gluten free and vegan?
All of our products are cruelty free, gluten free and vegan.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer a flat rate for all US orders of $8.00 and a flat rate of $25.00 to Canada and most of Western Europe. We usually ship within 1-3 days after we receive your order. If you would like to place an order from out of the USA, and do not see your country listed, please contact us. We do not currently ship to most parts of the Middle East or Asia because deliveries have been problematic (e.g. packages not reaching their destinations). All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail which comes with tracking. Orders to Canada and Europe are shipped 1st class international mail (does not come with tracking).

I am in my twenties. Am I too young to use your products?
Absolutely not! While our products have wonderful anti-aging benefits, it is never too early to start using products that can help minimize the signs of aging even while you are still young. Some people even as young as 25 start to show some fine lines or wrinkles and or dark spots or hyperpigmentation.
